The Emir of Rano Ambassador Kabir muhammed inuwa has called on old students associations to contribute their quarters towards the development of their alma mater.
Ambassador muhammed kabiru muhammed inuwa made the call when he host the annual general meeting of Dambatta Olds Association class 86 at his palace.
He explained that government alone can not shoulder all the responsibility of education without helping hands from individuals and associations.
The Emir however commended the effort of the national body of the association for its tireless effort in making the school more equipped.
In his speech, the speaker Kano state house of assembly engineer Hamisu Ibrahim Chida expressed appreciation for the level of cooperation existing between members of the class chapter and call for continued in that direction.
In his speach, the representative of the national body of the association Hon Habibu Liman Kafamai said already the emir of rano Ambassador Kabir Muhammed Inuwa was among the prominent people appointed as patron of the association.
Earlier speaking, the chairman of the 86 class chapter of Dambatta old boys association,Alh Tamasi Mukhtar enumerated some of the achievements so far recorded which include extending maximum relationship and corporation among the members of the association.
The director federal ministry of finance presidency Alhaji Aminu Danjuma was among the important dignitaries who s who attended the occasion.
