An FCT High Court has strike out an application by the Ganduje led faction of APC in Kano for a stay of execution.
Justice Hamza Mu’azu refused the application of their lawyer following an order of the court nullifying the ward and local Congresses of All Progressives Congress in the state.
It could be recalled that an FCT High Court presided over by Justice Hamza Muazu has affirmed that the Senator Ibrahim Shekarau-led faction of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Kano have conducted ward and local government congresses in the state.
On November 30, the judge granted all the reliefs sought by Shekarau’s faction, seeking a declaration that Ganduje-led group did not conduct ward congresses.
